The Origin
Why INA Exists
Years before INA Academy existed, SUJIT SIR kept noticing the same pattern: bright, capable students were quietly being turned into memorisation machines. They could write 10-mark answers but couldn't explain the concept underneath. They were “doing fine” on report cards — until real competition began, and the cracks showed.
The bigger problem wasn't the teaching — it was the silence around it. Parents had no idea what their child was actually learning, what they had skipped, where they were stuck. They were paying premium fees and hoping for the best. In a system this opaque, average results were inevitable.
In 2018, he started INA Academy with one non-negotiable rule: every child gets seen. Concepts before memorisation. Foundation before speed. Confidence before marks. And critically — a Relationship Manager who tracks every student's attendance, homework, test scores and doubts, and shares it with parents every single day on WhatsApp. No silence. No surprises.
What grew from there isn't a coaching class — it's a five-system framework built around the student, not the syllabus. Same teacher. Same standards. Same accountability — for every child, every week, every term.
